Y'z Dock 0.3 Released!
Ok, i'll try to explain this to my best ability 
... This feature was added to help sort your icons.. First make a new folder in your Y'z Dock's icon folder, name it something like apps.. Now put all the application pngs in that folder.. Repeat the process by making more folders in the Icon folder name them whatever (games, apps).. ok now with y'z dock opened right click one of your icons (if you have one that you wish to change) and select properties, now in the 'Folder:' drop down menu select one of your folders and all the icons in that folder should show up!!!

I dont know why Yz and everyone made it sound like a big deal. Its cool and all, but meh. Anyways, I found out that the old dll of the dock still works with the new edition of the dock. So, if you want realism menus, I suggest you stay with the old dll.

what realism are you referring to that is lost in the new version?
For those that had Y's dock running slow on version .2:
Can you post:
1. The specs of your PC: CPU,Graphic Card,memory,motherboard
2. What applications were you running at the same time. Antivirus,ZoneAlarm,Desktop Improvement apps, Special Web Cam,Mouse software etc.
bill is talkina about how the settings dialog is layed out and how it looked.. i guess he liked 0.1's dialog better.. but who cares really.. all these options are awesome and Yz is going for the Dock's look not the Dialog windows and stuff

I've just installed the latest Y'z Dock and as a Jaguar user, I must say that this latest beta feels right!!! Way to go! Absolutely ---> 
yeah but we still don't have the genie effect but that effect must not be that hard to put in there after all Jeff did it with only around 500kbs as the size for his dock
The genie effect isnt that important.. we want the dock stuff not minimizing effects.
get windowsFx2 or somthing...
but oh well hehe it would be a nice feature but not necessary

Naw, genie is important, but not as important as Icon bouncing
The genie effect is pretty cool, but the dock can feel complete without it. Icon bouncing would make the dock feel more "Macish" and make the majority of us happy.
But if you see this Yz,
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! THE MAG EFFECT IS DEAD ON!
ObjectDock may provide an example of how to make the genie effect for a dock program.
