you probably can't. quicktime won't let you either.
Well that blows....maybe you could use PE Explorer? Ahh, but my trial version is expired on that.
Thanks!!
I think I have found a way to replace the icon, but I can't find which one is the system tray one. I replaced the first 16x16 icon and the second, but it just changed the Taskbar icon, not the systray icon.
OK Wizard , let's hear it.

I was waiting for somebody to ask.
Search for a program called eXeScope. Apparently, Apple compiled it with a 16-bit compiler, and ResHack only works with 32-bit apps.
Edit: Forgot the most important part. In the Icons, the 16x16 correspond to the taskbar icons. The 32x32 will be used for the Sys Tray. I replaced both sets of the 16x16 and
32x32 icons.
Way to go wizard worked great thanks
Ehhhhhxcellent. This beats the cheesegrater. Thanks, Wizard.
Is it me, or is this zip file not working for anyone.
And I am not refering to the link, but to actually opening the archive.
