The screenshot IS Cmove's, the resources being sent by aebuddy are from Shark's mod apparently. Shark did a similar mod of milk and smoothstripes. One of the main differences between shark's and cmoves (to my recollection) is the order of the widgets.

Shark, however, did use Cmove's original theme... read about it here

What I did was take cmoves theme and add aqua buttons, traffic widgets, aqua scrollbars, aqua finder buttons , etc. I pretty much redid it to my likings.
