The Next Mac?

Okay now before I give the link, I know things like this pop up around the web so I'm obviously going to say take this with a pinch of salt instead of blatently saying "omg aple wud neva realese that!!111". It looks original enough to be the next iMac, but I doubt it'd be leaked.

If someone would translate the german, I'm sure we'd all be thankful. From what I see, I think it comes with a projector but would probubly have a seperate external display port for regular use. I personally love the look (very Cubeish when the sliding panel is down) and if it was to include a speed-bump, I feel, it could do well.

Thoughts?

The sliding, I think, would be automated when it's powered on...

I also think that the round hole might be for an iSight

Edit: Upon futher looking it seems to be a preposition design by a German University student. But it does look really good.

@Stevie; That would be very nice.. And would probubly avoid it over-heating if someone was to forget "opening" it.

Actually, that whole design is great. It would be THE solution to Home Entretainment and Multimedia. Plus, it would have Internet Connectivity, thus rendering itself to a much more useful state.

I think the idea of the image being projected is really good. I don't know how reliable it would be, as it would also mean that you have to hang a projector display on a wall for the image to be clean... It's a really interesting proposition, in my honest opinion...

Technology really brings us many things in life which are otherwise unimaginable. Take a look at this new technology developed at the University of Toronto in developing displays using flexible fibre optics.

The days when we are all able to just roll up our 29" display and pack it into our haversack may not be so far off...

I think the projector idea would really suck, you'd have to work in a dark work space in order to see the projected moniter.
