Xabout 1.1

Hey guys!

I've completed my work on the new version of my little about window called "xAbout". Here's a list of the new features included in version 1.1.0.0:

- Includes 4 different images (Normal, Server, Brushed Grey & Brushed Orange)

- Runtime files no longer linked into the executable (better performance)

- Edit all the settings easily trough the new settings window

- Seperate folder to store the pictures

- New executable icon (Happy Mac)

- Now with easy installer runtime

- No need of AquaControls

- Some bug-fixes

Here are some screenshots of it:

The files are available for only 24 hours, after then they'll be deleted because my traffic limit. Please make mirrors to provide the files longer.

xAbout-Installer without VB6 runtime (0,6 MB)

PS: The font xAbout uses is "Lucida Grande" and "Lucida Grande Bold", if you want a smooth view just activate the ClearType function under Windows XP.

PPS: To open the settings window just double click on the main window.

one thing about the program is, it is resizable. and the image will become wierd :huh: and how to access settings window? tried to double click on main window, but it will make the program quit.

I know about the quit-bug - don't know why it happens. All seems to be correct - but I'm going to fix it anyway.

Thanks reporting the rezige-bug - I wonder I don't get it by myself ...

Why not create the software open-source? Just joking. Maybe I can fix the bugs. I already thinks about it and create just the same kind of this app then you grab a victory. You're the 1st.
