How To Run Multi Configs?

currently i just merge samurize configs and move the stuff to where i want. i can also run multiple instances of samurize and each with separate configs. with all the configs merged into one i'm restricted to moving everything together. its rather inconvenient when i want this config to stay here while the other config to be floating. if i load multiple instances of samurize it seems like it'll run the same config at first. so everytime i reboot (not that i do that much) i have to select the correct config.

i guess one way around this is to have multiple samurize installs for each config but thats just silly. is there any way to add command to samurize at startup to tell it which config to load (assuming i want to run multi instances of samurize)?

i agree

it would be great if one could move different configs independantly :)

You have to create multiple instances:

1. Create a new shortcut in your Samurize folder (or wherever). Target should look like this: \Client.exe "instancename"

Instance names should be unique - apart of that, if you ar using Weather showing config, you have to edit desktopweatherxml.vbs and in 'const INSTANCE_NAME' put the name of the samurize instance with the weather.

2. Run the shortcut, a new icon in the systray should appear. Right click it, go to 'Select config file' and choose desired config.

I hope it's clear ^_^
