Milk Tabs?

In some screens, some people who use the milk theme have these white tabs right under their taskbar that show info, and sometimes are their music controls. What program is that? Or is it Samurize. If it's samurize (which I pray to god it's not.) How would I go about setting it up?

I have a text date tab for desktopX you can downlaod it from the desktopx page on my site click this link..

If desktopX users are interested in more tab objects, or a smart tab object, let me know I would be willing to develop something.
