is there a way to make my icons bigger than 72x72? windows won't let me make them bigger >.
[help] Big Icons
Ja try this. Start>Run>Regedit, go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics", then edit the "Shell Icon Size" string. Make it 128 or whatever else, try 256! Change it then log off and back on.
if you havent changed the icons to ones that do support more than 72 pixels, if you go over that size they will look as crappier than michael jackson on a quilt!!
Also, making htem bigger than 128 pix is CA-raaaaa-zy... but you have to give it a go to see for yourself ![]()
You could also download DisplaySet, it does the same stuff just from an interface with other options.

Gosh....just try Avedesk (it's easy) or Samurize (suicide for n00bs
) - they're both free and both have a GREAT support on this site. Just search for them here.
