Weather V0.5

Sorry for the delay everyone. Finally, got the chance to finish up weather v0.5. Please do a complete install. Do not simply replace the DLL file.

I have not tested the docklet very well (didn't have the time), so any feedback would really help. Version 0.5.1 will provide forecast features.

so i tried using my locID from the weatherXML.....but still nothing happens...

Using the city, country for locations outside the US should work... Directly using the Zip/LocId will work for locations in the US.

I am glad the speed enhancements actually worked!
