Pop3 Notification

I have properly entered the information for 3 POP3 email accounts into the e-mail tab in the control panel. I have also checked use this item to notify my of new emails in the mail icons properties window. I am using the default icon and overlay icon, with the application being Outlook.

You need to be a lot more specific that that.

Are you getting an error message or what? Need to post a screen shot of it?

What OS, proccessor, amount of ram, etc. do you have?
