How To Close Task Bar?
you can use powertoy to do so... so get it... and do it, I have done it...
You should have SP1 installed on it, don't remember if you have to, but have it just to make sure...
Peace

that's not a toolbar... that's a system tray (aka systray)
i'm not sure if you can close some of those systray icons, but you can certainly hide them... if you want... all you do is...
(1) go to start button, click on "properties"
(2) click on the "taskbar" tab
(3) make sure "hide inactive icons" is checked (enabled)
(4) click on the "customize..." button
(5) from there it should be self-explainatory
As for the actual toolbars...
(1) just right click the taskbar, click on "properties"
(2) highlight "toolbars"
(3) uncheck (disable) any toolbars that you don't want
if you want to disable the taskbar itself, try using stardock objectdock (http://www.objectdock.com). I'm assuming you are using yz dock since this is within the yz appz forum. object dock is better than yz dock for a couple of reasons, it has better memory usage.. at least for me. it looks and acts just like yz dock... it even has lots of docklets available
I just want to click on usb Storage Device Icon in the system tray ,when i used ObjectDock which i don't like to close. How to do it ? :canadian: ![]()
