Can Anyone Give Me The Name Of This App?

I really need the name of this app to go on my new PC. I can't remember it's name but I know it has a feature that can remove the shortcut overlay on icons (and also change them)

Anyone got any ideas?

no it's none of those, I think itt began with "Icon*******" i don't know what else though. Even after I had uninstalled it the shortcut symbol was still missing (not that that's a bad thing )

you can do it with tweak ui, by going to explorer, then to shortcut. then you have all the options, of the standard, a different "light arrow", none, or a custom one.
