it probebly says moby dock has encounterd an illegal operating and has terminated or somthing.. just by looking at the window.

i dont know chinese or japanese so i cant read that and tell you.

But.. go to mobydocks website, read through the faqs.. see if you have the right requirements.. like directx9.. good graphics card... 32bit coloured desktop etc etc
