Safari Help

Okay.. I've always wanted my browser or computer to look like a mac.. but I can never find anything that really works. And this that you've posted about the Safari browser doesn't work either. I did all that it would let me do.. which basically was download Firebird.. but it won't let me do anything else. Does anybody feel like helping me? You said that it worked on yours.. but why isn't it working on mine? It's very frustrating... can someone help?
