Convert Coloured Icons.
In PSP 7.0, open them, goto Color, Adjust, Hue/Saturation/Lightness and turn Saturation down to -100.
In Icon Workshop, open them, goto Draw, Adjustment/Effects, Hue/Saturation and turn Saturation down to -100.
It seems to be pretty universal regardless of the graphics program used.
A faster way is to open the icon and select Grayscale.
Peace,
Grusic
Open the Icon in your desired icon editor (I'm using Axialis Icon Workshop), export it as *.psd or *.png, then open it in Photoshop, PSP or anything else and set the image to monochrome. At last re-import them into your icon editor and save as *.ico - ready ![]()
Greetings,
Cassiel
Grusic, that isn't that easy, because PS don't support .ico.
Cassiel, thanks for the program hint. I'll try that method.
