my suggestion is to wait. Lynchknot is about the best firebird/thunderbird skinner there is. Just wait and I am sure that someday he will make one. Don't pester him, but a single email to him suggesting that you would like a milk theme thunderbird skin wouldn't hurt and it might get him to make it sooner.
