Foobar does not support skinning, but you can add hte foo_looks plugin which allows for a skinnable remote interface. The skins are pretty limited in what they can do. some are nice, most are not. you can find them Here

Another option if you have desktopX or Samurize is the foobar remotes I made

Get those here and that Crni ported to samurize which you can get here.
