You need to drag folder from desktop and put to object dock and to arrow on folder in arrow mouse left long time (no to free from button mouse) you receive menu from folder!!!!! and very fast!!!!!!!!

Yuriok - I realize English must not be your primary language, but that description makes no sense to me and the image shows a little "x" (can't be displayed), so I have no idea what you're trying to say.
I know if you Ctrl-left-click on a folder icon you get a menu - is that what you're saying?
drag your folder and drop it on Objectdock, click on the shortcut and hold the mouse, you'll see the folder's menu.
That's all he tries to say.

heh and FYI, same effect if you hold control and click on an folder item or running shortcut w/ an indicator
