[help!] This Is So Anoying

Pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del on my keyboard brings up the message

"Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator" :rant:

Every time I restart, the value of

Hkey_Current_User -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion ->

Policies -> System -> Disable TaskMgr (Reg_Dword) is 1

in other words, the task manager is disabled.

i have tried to find the program responsible, with no success.

i saw this mentioned here a long time ago

anyone who knows how to fix this, please tell me!

check the startup folder.

tried deleting the reg value?

Try> Run> Msconfig. And find something that might look like what is starting up and (uncheck) it.

its gone now. deleted the folder
