Adding Sound To A Wb Theme

Could someone show me how to add sound to a WB theme please. I've downloaded a WB theme (milk redux) from wincustomize and I'd like to add sound for explorer button (just like in xero's themes) but no matter what I tried it didn't work... So please help me. Thanks in advance.

PS: I'm using skinstudio to edit it.
