Cd Burning Apps

Hey guys..

For some strange reason, nero once froze on me (more then a month ago) and if i try to open it, i get an error to close it.

Now today i installed and updated Easy CD 5.02d and it ran fine for a few seconds, they i tried to move a file to the add tracks section, and boom, erorr. I try to reopen it, and i get an error and i cant open it anymore.

I tried some other small apps but they dont support my drive (its one of the newer ones).

My drive is a MSI 48x16x48x

Also i did burn some cds using fireburner, but that can only burn .cue and .bin files so I need to know the name of somet other good apps.

Please help. I am not sure that me updating after sp1 and then re-replacing soem of the dlls caused this, but i dont think so.

did you get any software with your CD-R drive? or maybe try the MSI website, see what they recommend:

For misc files, use xp. Drag and drop. Simple.

A prob if you compile/copy music cd's though...

i fixed the problem thanks to micheal14! he told me that obnject bar and nero dont get along, so i put nero in its exclusions list, and now it works wonderfully

in point of view, for those .cue .bin protected cd image, I always go to Clonecd.v4.2.0.2

but for music cd's, then Feurio.v1.66 comes out to be the unique and professional choice of mine.
