Changing Font In Itunes

Does anyone know how to change the font in iTunes for Windows to make it look like the Mac version?

yes there was a font-changing plug-in released around the time that itunes was released. i don't know if you have already done a search of the boards yet, but that would be a good start.

one caveat: the font-changing plug-in made j's incorrectly spaced. don't know if it was ever fixed though. happy searching.
