[request] Y'z Toolbar Skin -umicons Style-

Hey,

I'm looking for the Umicons skin for Y'z Toolbar, I know their at Designtechnika but when I try to download it i get this error:

The error returned was:

The group you are in is not allowed to download files!

And when I try to register it comes up with the message that says that the administrator doesn't allow any new members.

So if anyone still got the Umicons skin for Y'z Toolbar please pm me or if there's a link it would be nice aswell
