Do you reload your Icon Cache ?

Many Icons are cached by windows, i had the same problem with WinRAR.

@applelover | hi pal, yes, i changed ig 1 - 2 - 3 in winzip.exe ...also changed some ig's in other dlls (did it work for you jus by changing ig 2? :blink: )

In WinRAR, it's the only Bitmap in RarExt.dll, but I haven't been successful in replacing the bitmap and having it look good.

How did you decompress it? Tried with UPXShell, but no success

Perhaps one of you is using PowerArchiver instead of Winzip:

Decompress Pashlext.dll with UPXShell, change "MENUBITMAP" to your needs, compress and replace by renaming the original, boot and have fun!

I use version 3.30 of WinRAR and when I save the bitmap with ResHacker, it's just a normal process. So, I don't know what to tell you tombik.
