What Hardware Does Mac Look For When Installing Os
Umm no, its not quite that simple, OSX caries instrustions for PPC, where all 'wintel' boxes run on x86 arechetecture. Its not like all we have to do is replace the drivers and were good to go. It would be kinda like trying to fly an alien spaceship for a species that has like 4 arms or something. It would have like 4 steearingwheels and you coulnt fly it just cause it wasnt built for humans. now it probaly would be easy if we could get our hands on the source, but i highly doubt thats gonna happen, and even if i did have it i woulnt want to touch it because of the SEVER SEVER legal reprocutions.
So basicaly once the code, or 'spaceship design' is built theres no way to change it back, cause its made outa biometal and it just heals itself, but if we had the source code or 'super bio metal spaceship with 4 stearing wheels plans' we could just modify it and stick in a ps2 controler to make it fly 
and build the kick ass playstation branded human version of it.
1) It would take helluva lot of work.
2) Can you spell 'sued on the spot'?
3) Don't endorse warez sites, it's a quick way to get beaten up by moderators.
If it were that easy im sure it would have been done a looong time ago. Its really not simple at all, You figure OSX was built specifically for PPC architecture which is not based off of x86 architecture. The many layers of OSX (Darwin. Cocoa, etc..) would all have to be re written just to accomidate x86 hardware. If someones gonna spend that much time trying to hack osx up they should really just breakdown and buy a mac if they are that eager to use it. I for one personally wont even bother to do anything like that because I know for a fact they would take legal action ASAP and probly win. Its a lost cause and the only people that should be porting osx to x86 are the people at apple.

Why run panther when you have windows anyways? hehe. I know i wouldnt be running panther!

First, this is a pointless 'project', not only because redistributing a hacked version of OS X would be highly illegal, but also because it is simply not possible. You can just change a line of code and tell the installer to look for an x86 chip rather than a PPC chip.
Second, there is no leaked version of OS X for x86. There is a leaked version of Rhapsody, an x86 version of the Mac OS that looks like OS 8.
Third- promote warez in any way again, and you will be banned. Not suspended- banned.
