Aqua-Soft Forumscan someone put a list of mods for fedora? i just installed it and people put a list of mods for windows somewhere and so how about one for fedora too? i have no clue how to mod it and although i like the new bluecurve style more than the other gtk themes i have i like panther more. what i want: cursors ( i like bluecurve cursors more than osx ones but other people might think otherwise) kde themes, gnome themes, icons (kde and gnome) and i also want an emac but lets stick with modding fedora here.

you can't mod 'just fedora' usually the same mod works for every distro.
yes and no. tell me... can you get bluecurve with debian etc? (if yes than i must be an idiot but i think bluecurve is a redhat-only theme)
Usually themes are window-manager dependant. Ones for Gnome, others for KDE and others for others 
I can see that bluecurve has 'Red Hat Linux default theme' comment in the Theme Chooser in my Fedora. Don't worry about it! What stops you before copying it into your ./themes folder in Debian and trying to run it under Gnome?

no i meant that unless you have a redhat copy of linux, you can't get bluecurve. sorry for the confusion. to be honest, all i know about debian is it's a linux distro that i don't own (though i only have redhat 5.2, 9, and fedora) oh and for all who want to know, DO NOT UPGRADE REDHAT LINUX 9 TO FEDORA! BACK UP YOUR SOFTWARE AND MAKE A CLEAN INSTALL OR YOUR DATA WILL BE WORTHLESS (AS IN UNACCESSIBLE) AND YOU WILL HAVE NO KERNEL! IT DOESN'T WORK!
my distro has a 'redhat-artwork' package . which includes bluecurve
yeah, bluecurve is GPL, so any distro can ship with it.
I used Bluecurve in ArchLinux for a while (switched to Gorilla and Grand_Masta's theme now).
i use dropline on slackware, and it comes with bluecurve, also with the bluecurve xmms theme.
in addition, many people did an upgrade from redhat9 to fedora.
Blue curve isn't red hat only, its gnome only...i think...unless they ported it to kde. And you can get kde or gnome for almost any distro.

<_< If you've bought the latest RedHat (which is $180 minimum) then why would you "upgrade" to Fedora Core?

Check out the Fedora Project they have ported the GTK/Metacity theme and Icon theme to KDE...
