[help]installing Firebird Theme

I downloaded a Firebird theme. The file was a .rar file which I uncompressed to my desktop. It left me with the following folders:navigator, browser, communicator, global. There was also a contents.rdf file. Where does each folder/file go? Should I have installed it directly to my Firebird folder?

lynchknot has an installer on his site (where else would you get your theme ) that doesn't even require dloading the theme (or the installer)
