"Iceman Emulation page has an aqua theme for Wintel PCs. Just another theme? Not really. That one has a real dock, all the Aqua icons and windows. The best thing is to chek by yourself before Apple lawyers take care of that web site...and that will probably happen very soon!
As far as I know, Iceman is ok. He was in my board (before i reinstalled it) and he said he was busy in job, thats why he wasnt very active lately. He never mentioned legal problems, and I doubt it, he lives in Mexico, there is not much that can be done to him. The last time he posted in the board was like 1 week ago or less.

Thanks for your interest guys, I'm fine but really busy the past days. At the job, I'm running a couple of big projects and I need to invest almost all my time in this, but I take 20-30 minutes everyday to reply my messages and check what's happening in my dear community.
Anyway, I'll finish those projects very soon and I'll go back with new projects and more stuff.

his site was down like 1 or 2 weeks ago, but it worked after a few time, I believe it might be temporal

Yes, mi ste is having some problems, but only under certain conditions. I don't know why, but I cant access to my site from the job, but I can do it from my house, .... weird. Anyway, the problem isn't with my server or host, is with my domain name (some thing with the Name server, I think) so you'll be able to acces using the IP of the server:
This might be useful, If somebody still having problems please post them here and I'll try to find out a better solution.

Sone was featured on resexcellence, and our forums got the visist from a pissed mac user about the visual emulation of osx in windows. However he never returned.
R U kidding me there is actual people out there that would cry about a visual style or an emulation of their OS? 
You can bet. There are a lot of guys who would be happy kicking our asses. In fact, I read a post some months ago about somebody who "accuse" us with Apple's lawyers firm. Unbeliavable.
I guess some people really need a life who cares what ur OS looks like as long as it works for what u want todo with it,but I have notice alot of jealousy of their OS more from OSX hardcore users than any other community.
yeah, mac users are not that happy of the visual themes used on pcs. They dont consider it fair or something like that.

Well, if you think about it, anything is possible on any OS. (except dos, because its a POS)
I once saw a theme of luna or xp for OS X, I dont know how good was it.
