Hi,
i'm a relatively new OS customizer, but i'm in love with MACs since ever, as most of you guys, and its so cool to find out that we're actually thousands ![]()
What i want to know is how to really give my XP a MAC feel.
I actually use:
-Iceman's Aqua theme for StyleXP with a Panther Visual Style (because i like the sounds of the iceman's theme but i dont like that aqua. The Panther looks a lot better)
-A MAC OSX Logon screen
-Icon packager with G5 icons, mixed with some regular OSX icons
-Yz Dock
and my PC actually looks like this:
But i've seen some themes, for windowblinds that actually put the minimize, close buttons on the left side and add the other button to the right side.
Also, i've seen on Iceman's Emulation page that it is possible, with his emulation files, to make the start bar look just like the MAC one. I think he made some changes that make the start bar have the normal windows tools and menus...
Can that be done with other program? I mean, his website isn't updated in a while so i thought you guys could have an easier way to make that change...
So, where is the BEST MAC OSX "simulator"?
What themes?
What Icons (for icon packager, if possible)?
Please post links to your machines screen printings, if possible, so we can all see how far you've gone ![]()
