How Do I Change The Font Of Windows Desktop Icons?

Ive seen it in some people's screenshots that their desktop icons have a different font, how does one go about doing this?

Hi,

I think that you can't do this with windows, only for mac users,sorry...

Actually, I think you can change it. Go to the appearence page/tab in display settings (right click on desktop, then properties) and then click on advanced, in the down select menu, click on Icons, then you can change the font and size of it, but that will effect all the icons and i also think it will effect the other views (list, tiles, etc).

I think that is what you mean.

BTW does someone know the name of the font that is used in OS X for the icons? I think its lucida grande, but on my PC with bold on, itlooks nothing like it. Is it myriad or something?

Yeah, that's what I mean, it affects all icons in the shell, not only desktop icons.

ZzPcPzZ, the font is Lucida Grande Bold, it comes with the Jaguar Iceman's visual style, you can find it at Iceman's Emulation page.

That worked, and I like that it changed all the icons, it looks better

I used the normal Lucida Grande, set it on Bold and Setsize to 8, looks great now
