sounds so picky on this.. great skin but did anyone get messenger sounds work?
I couldn't really get sound working on this skins....
anyways, superb job on skins and thanks unknown...

i dont really have an answer.. exept to say the sound files are in Program Files\MSN Messenger and your MSN Skin is in Program Files\MSN Skins. assuming uve accounted for that... im not sure what the problem could b.
i dont use the sounds so my apologies for the oversight.

I have the same problem as True, when I use this skin, my MSN messenger sounds disappear!
I have tried changing the sounds in Control Panel and it still doesn't work.
However the sounds work when I use other skins. But the point is I dont want to use "other" skins, i wanna use this fantastic piece of eye candy!
Any ideas?
erm.. i need some help.
i installed the skin and i have msn 6.1, but says i need UNICOWS.dll 
erm... do i need something else, or is this only for xp as im running win98SE
because 98 uses a different version od Messenger to XP youll need to go into your Program Files\MSN Messenger Directory and copy UNICONS.DLL from there into your Program Files\MSN Skins directory... assuming u have also done a clean install of messenger before you have installed the skin... i believe everything should work.
and i havent forgotten about the sounds... i just need to wait until im home to investigate them.

but didn't know i had the dll in the msn folder. but it's working now.

I'm not sure whats going on, but whenever i open a chat window in messenger the memory usage goes from like 5m to about 50mb, and stays at 50mb of usage. Why so much? Is this normal?

even with the original when you open an IM window the mem usage goes through the roof. but because of the way these two skins draw the background, yes its goin to be even higher. sry but untill i can stretch the bg by default this is how it is.

The stupid update, updated my messenger to 6.1.0211 :rant: and mess up your beautiful work theunknown! When will be aut Messenger 6.2? I'm going crazy with this horible look of my messenger!! PLEASE HELP! :cry:
I read (on mess.be) that msn 6.2 will be released in the middle of april sometime..

originally it was early april, but now the date is set back to late april @%$# :rant: . oh well, if i get time ill move all the resources over to the new build.
@Max2Go, just install the skin again... (untill i get time to update it that is, the installer dosnt over ride the original MSN is just sits along side of it.

i know this in included in another skin package, but i recommend using this version because it has a number of little changes that have been left out else where.
