Um, did you, like, notice this entire website is dedicated to, um... emulating OSX on a PC? If a PC could actually run OSX don't you think we'd all be, er... doing that?
Best I have ever been able to do to make people do a triple take is to have a mac running with VNC server (it's called "Share my desktop" -- creative, huh? 
) and my Toshiba laptop with a VNC client at full screen... it runs fairly well but it is never the same as sitting directly at the mac. If you want OSX get it... with it's appropriate hardware.

Did you read his post? He said he wanted a non-x86 PC.
A Mac is still a Personal Computer. We already had this discussion. Ironically, its just not an "IBM Compatable PC".
In fact, Apple INVENTED the PC, with the Apple 1.
He's just asking for an old Mac? I guess I overlooked the "non-x86" part.

You'll need a G3 at least....and not a beige G3 either; they can't really run OS X. The oldest computer you can get away with running OS X on is an old Rev A iMac (the 233 mhz colored ones, tray CD-Rom drive). I don't know how much those will run you; I think that people are still able to fetch $200-$500 for them on eBay, so I doubt anyone's just gonna up and give one to you. Good luck finding one.

I don't know if you've noticed but about half the people here at aqua-soft (not counting lurkers) have osx. <_<
