[help] Microsoft Installer

I know for sure it was in 2KPro. It is a program that came with Windows that you typed it into the Run (so of course it's somewhere in the Windows dir) that creates an installer for a program. You tell it what sys files it needs and the dir of your program and packages up in an installer. Does anybody know if it is in XP? I have searched on the internet for the past couple of days with no luck.

Its called iexpress, comes with IE... It pretty cool... Hope its what you want...
