[help] Mac Icons For Windows Tray.. 22x22?

Hi!.. I downloaded some tiffs wich appear to be the original icons you see in the mac bar.. like the volume one.. and all that stuff.. well.. the thing is that they are 22x22.. i've seen many ppl using them but.. are they shrunk/cut to 16x16 or what? Thanks!

I shrunk mine down then sharpened them up a bit.
