[release] Chalk Icon Set!

Hey guys,

Here they are, the first (of hopefully many) release of my Chalk icon style. As it says, its in PNG and ICO style. The ICOs are only 48x48 and lower but its easy to make bigger ones using the PNGs provided. By using and opening the icons, you agree to the license included in the zip.
