[help And Request] This Buttons Larger

Hi,

Im trying to mod both shell32 and msgina bitmaps for the shutdown/restart and logoff and switch user, but i encoutered some probs, im not very good at graphis, what id like to ask is May anyone do the buttons like the image i post under but with the buttons with thw size of the windows ones, and with transparent background, plz ?

The buttons im using are the ones from guipod they are plastic.
