I am using some programs to emulate Mac looks, but one of them is causing me a slight problem. The taskbar (Milk - Objectbar) is always on all the windows that I open & I'd really like if the close, maximise.. etc buttons would be visible.

First to clarify. The title bar (close,min,max,name,icon) is being hidden by the task bar when you have it maximised or just opens the prog? I am assuming that you are using ObjectBar, make sure you have set that ObjectBar is Always on Top. That setting should be in the context menu of the system tray icon.

The titlebar is always hidden by taskbar (I've set that windows that appear when I click on some icon in Yz Dock.. appear maximised). But for example if the window isnt at the top of the page, then I can see close, restore.. etc + objectbar is "always on top".
yeah i had this problem, look for an app called hidetaskbar and set it to run ta startup (just drop it in the startup folder) now, go to the objectbar properties and go to theme options and untick the option that says hide windows taskbar or something, you should be set after this, tell me if it works.

unchecked "hide taskbar" from objectbar properties, tried opening a window - still the same. controls are under taskbar. as for Hidetaskbar - I searched from google, but didnt find a working link from where I could download it.
you have to make sure asl well that the windows taskbar is not being hidden by windows itself also..

I cant say that I quite follow you - what you just said meant that I have to resize every window after opening? 
no, what i meant is to turn off autohide directly from the windows taskbar, not OB, youve done that already but maybe you have windows set us to hide the taskbar as well (right click, properties or go through the control panel).
Doesnt matter anymore. Thank you for the help. I put "always on top" to the windows taskbar and then autohide.. it somehow fixed my problem. Thank you again for wasting your time on helping others

I suspected as much...now how to solve it? Objectbar still is our current best shot at finderbar-emulation...
I've been dinking around with it and have found out that disabling both ObjectBar and ObjectDock at startup, then starting them manually, fixes the problem (to an extent). I have not discovered the exact event that causes it, but I have noticed that after a while, the titlebarbuttons once again will be hidden underneath OB. I don't know if I fixed the configuration and that everything would work peachy if I set them to run on boot, because it works now and I don't want to risk F'ing it up.
I think it might have something to do with either resizingmoving things in OD, or playing fullscreen games (ala GTA: San Andreas). But like I said, I'm just keeping my eye open, not actively searching.
i have a theory. if you log out, or go into screensaver mode, your windows will be screwed up. yz shadow has something to do with this too.
I don't have YzShadow (well, running. I have it.) I decided that some dinky little shadows weren't quite worth any system resources, as I didn't pay attention to them. Besides, there are no shadows if your window is maximized (mine almost always are).
You may be onto something with the Log Off Screensaver thing.
Hmm... perhaps changing the resolution causes it?
Starting up Juiced (don't buy it, listen to me... DON'T BUY IT [i didn't, and I'm glad I tested it out first] ) and then no more titlebars...

In your WB skin (Something.sss), there are these lines of code:
MaxBorderCutLeft=2
MaxBorderCutRight=2
MaxBorderCutTop=1
MaxBorderCutBottom=2
Delete them. That'll fix it.
OR
You could use WindowFX to maximize to a certain size.
That WindowFX option doesn't count for me because I use dual-monitor (which may be the root of the problem itself). When windows maximize, they maximize to different sizes on the different displays, because only the primary display has the Finder bar (ObjectBar).
Maximizing to a fixed size would look odd on the secondary display.
