You're right, it's not Crni's OBpack. It means it's Milk Obpack, I'm pretty sure you can find it on Wincustomize.com.
To me, the MsStyle looks a bit like Milk Redux, ported to windows by KoL and D'Blade. You can get it at StudioTwentyEight

No OSX theme I saw has shadowing effect under fonts.
It's easy to add that , just as easy to add mouseovers or rollovers
but what's the point in that ? OSX is not capable of that yet.
It's not a port anymore...
Other then that I don't see much difference from my Milk port.
As for VS - MilkRedux by Kol will do you just fine.
on second though, crni OB themes are still the best! and will be?
how to put shadow under fonts?? and the taskbar icons are nice?
