Well i was wondering if i can do some tweaks so i could have :
- the icon near the text
- status bar up
- and the scrool buttons like on the photo
This tweaks can be done, for ex i`ve sow an linux distro witch has something like this , i think suSE , but i don`t know how

Yeah.. "No such image." perhaps a working link would help? 
try using gnome, i think it does all the things you tried to mention.
