one of my belated christmas presents was an upgrade fro my 2 year old computer. Im moving from a small entry level pc to a more advanced dream level pc, and that means i will have more resources to work on my aqua hobbies.

Yup, there are no 2,8GHz athlons. Only overclocked.
Btw, why on earth would you buy fx5200? It sucks. Unless you're not a gamer.
I also upgraded for Christmas. From a 650 MHz PIII to a 2.6 GHz P4 (with HT and 800Mhz FSB). Not the best mobo in the world but it supports what i need.
well the fx5200 has served its purpose many times in tight spots with some of my games and it has proven to be a very worth my money card. the processor is the 2800+ (although i could have sworn the box had a big blue star that said 2.8!) and the motherboard is from what i heard, top of the line brand new with the nvidia chipset so it will run smoothly with my nvidia card. i wasnt expecting this at all, the first thing i am going to do is start making some programs and then having a lan party!
