is there a GUIpod windowblinds theme? if there isn't can someone port it to windowblinds?

pull it in to skinstudio and with very little effort you can have a port of Guipod

I've done that, and it looks good but the whole deal with WB4.2 is toolbar & animations, as well as logoff/shutdown screens. Never mind... I'll survive without this skin

not likely, you have to make the logoff panel your own and toolbars and animations, and being a frequent skinner, i know, that is a lot of work, unless of course you are not demanding.
