Is there a program that would make a seperate resizaeable window when you launch a game, such as NBA Live 2004? I mean, when I launch a game it automatically goes into a fullscreen mode and I want to be incontrol of the window so I can control the size. Hopefully someone gets what i'm asking for.

Try to hit ALT+ENTER when in fullscreen mode.

i think most games have a option built in for playing them 'windowed'. check the associated site for info, hunt through the readme, or even try 'safe mode' if it exists for that game, as its quite often windowed.
