Taking The Trash Out

I notice in a lot of screen shots there is no icon for the trash, i was wondering how ya disable the trash from showing up in XP. I only need the one in my dock.

Go to www.microsoft.com and look for TweakUi for XP (i guess it`s for XP) and there u`ll find what u need
