I dont think that really matters all that much, Microsoft doesnt own that much stock in Apple to make a difference, and its probably normal stock instead of preferred stock so they dont have any control of company actions. And if they do get a vote, its probably not that large, Apple is a large company with stock spread all over the place, even a company as large as Microsoft wouldnt have enough financial pull in the company I dont think
