could anybody tell me how to made title bar transparent,please

This tasked has plagued us for centries, since Taiwan succeded from China. Actually, not that long ago. But, at this point there is no way. Just the psudo-transparent that some may use that would just be a lighter bar, not truly trasparent. Maybe in the next version of Windows, since the desktop is XML based, we could have hope.

The way Windows transparency works, it can only change the transparency of a "layer". Windows renders the titlebar and window as one layer, so you can't just make the titlebar transparent.

There are some hacks to do it, but they're all too slow to be usable. I think Siwu was playing around with it.

And longhorn will be DirectX based, not XML/Vector. Currently GNOME and KDE are moving towards SVG based desktops, until Cairo/Xserver is ready.
