Converting Back

Ok.. so after applying a h4xed up pack of windows .dll's and such. Anyone know how to go back to the original?

I really really believe my system has run like hell ever since I replaced all my windows resources with reshacked versions. Ok.. so here's the kicker. I've deleted all my dllcache's. Also, I don't have a WinXp cd (Which i BOUGHT OF COURSE) handy. I've applied all the latest service packs 'n such.. and I still retain my crappy reshacked .dll's. Am I doomed until SP2? Or until I find an XP CD and recover my XP install?

PS: maybe i've posted in the wrong forum. But you can bite my butt if you don't like it. kthx!

download and re-apply the service pack. It's a big file (100 MB or so) but it's about all you can do with out the original CD. If you used Replacer, it made an automatic back-up for you.

You didn't make backups of the files you were replacing? If not, that's your own fault. Use common sense.
