Aqua-Soft ForumsWell, with winamp 5 being released and all, I'm wondering if there's anybody that could create a similar skin as to this you see for winamp 5?

Errr. Nope. I hope not, that is a very umm ...basic, plain, no frills skin.
That skin is so basic a new person to skining can make that into a winamp 5 skin, IE as a winamp 2x skin as winamp 5 supports both. You could make that in MS paint.

Oops, that sounded harsh, what I meant to say is that this skin would be simple for any new person to skinning to make, just make it yourself.

You can make this skin yourself, take 20 mins and make into a winamp 2.x skin and load into winamp.
The easiest way would be to make a samurize config for that skin as Crni has done for foobar.
If there is enough demand I might just be tempted (being christmas and all...)
this skin was made by shinter. this is an alphablended winamp3 skin and it doesn't work with winamp5. winamp modern skins are not so easy to make. he sent it for me but it doesn't work with winamp5 :-(
i love this skin because it's very minimalistic and sexy. but it would look awful as a 2.x skin....

hmm.. since winamp5 supports transparency, do you think shinter is would to solidize the skin to all black? then to add transparency, just enable it?
2 reasons why it would be awesome to have a winamp skin...
1) It is as sen says, very minimalistic and sexy
2) to match this when i release it after i finish it and ask zoot and danimator for permission.
hope the second reasoning helps persuade a skinner to port it

well ive had it for a while and i too thought it was winamp 3 only but when i double clicked it it loaded and said winamp 5.01

Thank you Esham for posting this. You were right - it doesnt look too good (well atleast on white background), but when using something a little darker & the Opacity option in WA it looks nice.. kind of. Though.. I dont like the font.
