I have a Pinnacle PCTV Rave Pro CApture card. I had it installed and it worked fine before I reformatted, but now i cant open any capture program (PCTV CApture, WinDVD recorder, VirtualDUB) It keeps popping up a WInXP error report and shuts them down before they open. Each time it is an error in ole32.dll... help?

try to reinstall the drivers for your card, when a device such as that is not well installed all the aplications that work whit it fail to start. dont worry if you where using it fine before, it just a matter of reistall the card drivers and windows as well.
did you had service pack istalled before? if so install it again. also before to reinstall the card's drivers go to control panel, device manager, click the card, select unistall, then restart. windows will reistall it again, if the problem persist then reinstall the drivers from the disc, but first unistall the card in control panel.
