Weather In Tabber 2, I Need Help

I was wondering if a Weather docklet developer could get in touch with me. Im trying to implement weather look up in Tabber 2 like the docks.

Unfortunetly, I think the weather.com server is blocking my request or something because I just receive Document has permanently moved.
