It's given that WB is slower than visual styles, but some WB skins looks awesome and WB can skin more programs than VS. When you look in under "settings" in the WB dialogue, there's an option for "hyperpaint".
Exactly what does hyperpaint do and what settings are optimal for what kinda of machine/desktop/colordepth/resolution?
